Tunevero Online Radio

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Tunevero Online Radio (“Tunevero”, “the app”) is published by Beshev Games, an independent developer based in Bulgaria. This policy covers the Tunevero Online Radio application and associated app-support communications. It does not govern other Beshev Games applications or the independent websites and services operated by radio stations.

2. Information used to provide live radio

When you select a station, the app connects to a streaming source operated by a broadcaster or a streaming provider. To deliver the stream, that service may receive your public IP address, network request information, device or software information ordinarily included in the connection, and the station or stream you requested. Radio directories, station artwork hosts, and metadata providers may receive similar technical requests when their resources are loaded.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own privacy policies and data retention practices. Tunevero does not control how independently operated stations handle the data they receive through a stream connection.

3. Information stored on your device

The app may store preferences, favorite stations, recently selected stations, playback settings, appearance choices, and information needed to remember Premium access or advertising preferences. These items are used to provide the features you select. Core radio listening does not require a separate Tunevero account.

Information kept only in on-device app storage is not automatically transmitted to Beshev Games. Certain information may nevertheless be transmitted to service providers when required for streaming, advertising, purchase validation or app operation as described in this policy.

4. Google AdMob advertising and rewarded ads

The free version of Tunevero uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to show advertising in supported areas of the app. Where available, you may choose to view a rewarded ad in exchange for 24 hours of temporary ad-free access.

According to Google’s SDK documentation, its advertising technology may collect or process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
• device identifiers, including advertising or app-specific identifiers where permitted;
• ad impressions and advertising interactions;
• app interactions, such as launches and relevant in-app engagement;
• diagnostics, crash-related information and performance information.

Depending on the region, device permissions, consent choices and Google service configuration, this information may be used for ad delivery, measurement, personalization where allowed, fraud prevention and service improvements. Beshev Games does not provide your saved list of favorite stations to advertisers for advertising targeting. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Consent, tracking and privacy choices

Where required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising consent. The available choices depend on your region and applicable rules. Where required by the consent setup, you can revisit these choices using the privacy options entry point in the app.

Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is separate from GDPR-style advertising consent. If tracking as defined by Apple is used, Tunevero must obtain the relevant iOS permission. You may review app tracking permissions in your device’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking permission does not necessarily remove all ads; it may change how ads are selected or measured.

6. Premium Lifetime and Apple In-App Purchases

Tunevero offers an optional Premium Lifetime purchase processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple handles payment processing and payment-card information. The app may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to activate or restore Premium, but Beshev Games does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.

A valid Lifetime Premium entitlement removes Tunevero’s in-app ads. Purchase records and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable policies. You may be able to restore purchases using the Apple Account associated with the original transaction. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

7. Diagnostics, performance and reliability

Advertising SDKs and platform services may process technical diagnostics, such as app version, operating-system information, performance information or crash-related data, to maintain service security and reliability. If additional analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are included in a future release, this policy and the app’s store privacy disclosures will be updated to describe their data practices.

8. How information is shared

Information may be disclosed to or processed by the following parties when necessary for a feature or service: radio broadcasters and stream hosts; radio-station directories or artwork/metadata providers; Google advertising and consent technologies; Apple for in-app purchases and platform services; and service providers you choose to contact through external links.

We do not intentionally transmit locally stored favorite-station lists to advertising providers to create a listener profile. Third-party advertising providers may process identifiers and interactions as described above, which may be legally classified as sharing or sale under some privacy laws depending on their use and your jurisdiction.

9. Retention and deletion

App-controlled preferences and favorites stored locally ordinarily remain until you delete them using available app controls, clear app data where supported by the operating system, or uninstall the application. Uninstalling does not erase records independently maintained by Apple, Google, streaming hosts, or other third parties.

Third-party services apply their own retention periods. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by Beshev Games, write to the support email below. We may need enough information to understand and verify your request. For information held solely by a broadcaster, Google or Apple, you may also need to contact that provider.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the services provided, and rely on iOS/iPadOS application isolation and platform protections for locally held data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Radio streams are operated by third parties; transport security may vary by broadcaster.

Google, Apple and independent streaming providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, such processing is subject to their published policies and relevant legal safeguards.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on the applicable laws, including GDPR in the European Economic Area, you may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing, and lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority.

The applicable legal basis may include fulfilling your request for a radio stream or purchase-related functionality, consent for certain advertising activities, legitimate interests in maintaining security and app reliability, and compliance with legal obligations. 12. Children

Tunevero is not specifically directed at children. Content transmitted by independent radio broadcasters may vary, including news, talk radio and music intended for mature audiences. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through a Tunevero account registration process.

13. Policy changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy when the app, its third-party integrations or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top will show the most recent revision. Material changes may also be communicated in the app when appropriate.
