Tunevero Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tunevero: Offline Music Player for iOS and iPadOS (“Tunevero”, “the app”), developed by Beshev Games in Bulgaria, accesses, stores and processes information. It includes data that may be processed by third-party advertising, analytics and purchase services. This policy applies to the offline music player for iOS/iPadOS, not to the separate Tunevero Online Radio app or other Beshev Games products.

1. Who we are

Tunevero is provided by Beshev Games, an independent app developer in Bulgaria. For questions about this policy or information controlled by Beshev Games, contact useful.apps@yahoo.com.

2. Your local music, files and preferences

Tunevero is designed primarily to play the music you provide. Depending on features you use and the permissions you grant, the app may access compatible audio files you import or choose, music-library information provided by iOS/iPadOS, file names, audio metadata, album artwork and related file information so it can display and play your collection.

Supported app preferences and personalizations, such as appearance choices, playback settings, music organization and purchase status, may be stored on your device. Core playback of local music does not require a separate Tunevero account or an internet connection.

Beshev Games does not operate a cloud music locker for Tunevero and does not intentionally upload your audio-file contents to its own servers for normal offline playback. If you choose to edit metadata or manage files, the app may modify files you select where supported and authorized.

3. Imports, backups and external storage

If you select files through Apple’s document pickers or choose an export, backup or restore destination, the app interacts with the storage location you choose. Depending on your settings, that location may be local storage, iCloud Drive or another provider. Such providers may process information under their own privacy policies. A backup of app settings is not necessarily a backup of your actual audio files.

4. Google AdMob advertising and rewarded ads

The free version of Tunevero may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. When offered, an optional rewarded ad can grant 24 hours of temporary ad-free use after successful completion.

According to Google’s documentation, its advertising services may process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
• device or app-specific identifiers, and advertising identifiers where allowed;
• advertisements shown, ad interactions and certain app interactions;
• technical diagnostics, crash-related information and performance data.

This information may be used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, service operation and personalization when permitted by applicable law, device settings and your choices. We do not intentionally provide your local music files to AdMob for ad targeting. Google independently handles relevant data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Optional app usage analytics

Tunevero may offer a Share usage analytics setting for Firebase Analytics. This optional usage analytics setting is off by default in the iOS implementation. If you enable it, Google Firebase may receive app-usage events and technical information about the app and device to help us understand and improve reliability and usability. The advertising SDK may process its own technical or advertising data independently of this optional analytics switch.

Our intention is not to send the contents of your audio files to Firebase for analysis. For information on Google’s data practices, see Firebase Privacy and Security.

6. Premium Lifetime and Apple purchases

Tunevero offers an optional non-consumable Premium Lifetime in-app purchase through Apple’s StoreKit system. Apple processes payment and billing details. The app may receive purchase status and transaction information needed to activate or restore entitlements; Beshev Games does not receive your full payment-card details through StoreKit.

A valid Premium Lifetime entitlement removes Tunevero’s in-app advertisements and makes supported Premium appearance options available. Apple’s payment and transaction information is handled under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

7. When information is shared

Information may be processed by Apple for platform services and in-app purchases; Google for advertising, consent and optional Firebase analytics; and any file-storage provider you choose when importing or exporting files. Their processing may involve servers outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area, subject to their relevant safeguards and policies.

We do not intentionally send your personal audio files to advertising providers. Third-party advertising-related disclosures of identifiers or interactions may count as sharing or a sale under some privacy laws depending on jurisdiction and actual processing.

8. Your settings and consent choices

• Music access: Manage relevant permissions in iOS/iPadOS Settings and manage imported files through available app or Files controls.
• Usage analytics: Use the in-app Share usage analytics option, when available, to control optional Firebase usage analytics.
• Advertising consent: Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may request your consent. Use in-app privacy options where offered, or contact us for assistance with a request.
• Tracking permissions: When applicable, review Apple’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing tracking permission does not automatically remove every advertisement.
• Premium: A valid Lifetime purchase removes in-app advertising; purchases can be restored through supported app controls.

Consent for optional processing may be withdrawn when applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

9. Retention and deletion

App-controlled music-library information, imported files, preferences and settings stored locally generally remain until removed through supported controls or by deleting the app and its associated local data. Files stored outside the app’s container, such as documents you keep in Files or iCloud Drive, may need to be deleted separately. Apple, Google and other third-party providers maintain their own retention and deletion rules.

To request access to, correction or deletion of personal information controlled by Beshev Games, email useful.apps@yahoo.com. We may need limited information to identify the request. For data held solely by Apple, Google or your storage provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.

10. Security

We rely on iOS/iPadOS platform protections and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of electronic storage or network transmission is completely secure. When you choose external services or storage providers, their own security practices also apply.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, including the GDPR in the European Economic Area, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent when processing relies on it and to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Relevant legal bases may include providing functionality you request, complying with legal duties, legitimate interests in maintaining security and service reliability, or your consent where needed (for example, certain analytics or advertising activities). 12. Children

Tunevero is not specifically directed to children and does not require a Tunevero account to play local music. The content of a user’s own audio files is chosen and supplied by that user. Where applicable, age-related privacy protections for advertising services must be respected.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the application when appropriate.
