Notemora Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Notemora applications for Android and iOS/iPadOS handle information. It applies to the Notemora app and support communications relating to it. It does not replace the privacy policies of other Beshev Games products, Google, Apple or third-party services.

At a glance: Notemora is an offline-first notes app. Your note text, checklists, sketches and imported images are intended to stay in local app storage unless you choose to export or share them. The app may use third-party services for ads, purchases, analytics and crash reporting. Those services can process technical and device information as described below.

1. Developer and contact

2. Notes and information stored on your device

Depending on how you use Notemora, the app stores note titles, text, checklist entries and their completion states, drawings and annotation strokes, shapes, selected images, folders, note order, favorites, colors, appearance preferences, note-lock settings, and related editing information locally on your device.

Notemora does not require a Beshev Games user account and does not provide its own cloud-sync service in the current version. Beshev Games does not operate a Notemora server that receives your note contents as part of normal note editing. We do not intentionally include your note text, titles, image contents or checklist values in custom analytics or diagnostic events.

The operating system, device maker or a backup service that you have enabled may handle app data according to its own settings and policies. Any file you export or share is controlled by its destination after you send it.

3. Photos, files, authentication and permissions

When you choose to import an image or restore a backup, Notemora may open the device’s file or photo picker to access the items you select. The app processes that content to provide the feature you requested. It is not necessary to give Notemora unrestricted access to all your files for ordinary notes.

If you enable an app lock or private-note access control, the app may use the authentication functions supplied by Android or Apple. Your operating system handles fingerprint or face verification; Notemora does not receive or store raw biometric templates. Note locking and hidden previews are access controls, not a promise that each note or backup is separately end-to-end encrypted. Protect exported backups and your unlocked device.

4. Advertising, rewarded ads and advertising choices

The free version of Notemora may display advertising through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. If offered, watching an optional rewarded ad can grant 24 hours of temporary Premium access. A valid Lifetime Premium entitlement removes in-app advertising from Notemora, although other independent services may have their own practices.

Google advertising services may collect or process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, advertising or app identifiers when permitted, app and device characteristics, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information. Google may use this data for ad delivery, measurement, personalization where permitted, security and service improvement.

Depending on your region, operating system and app version, Notemora may present advertising-consent and privacy choices using Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where applicable, you may change these choices through the available privacy controls. On Apple devices, App Tracking Transparency is a separate system setting under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking consent does not necessarily remove all advertisements.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

Depending on the platform and release, Notemora uses or may include Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. These services help us understand general app usage and investigate crashes, startup problems and save failures. The iOS app integrates these services; collection settings and availability can differ across releases and platforms.

These services may process app-instance identifiers, app launches and other aggregate usage events, operating-system and app versions, device model, language, crash stack traces, performance data and related technical information. Some data can be considered personal data under privacy laws, even when it does not contain your name.

Our custom diagnostic events are designed to avoid note contents, note titles, image contents, personal file names and other user-entered note values. Automatically generated SDK or operating-system diagnostic data is handled according to the provider’s documented practices. 6. Purchases and Premium entitlements

Optional Premium Lifetime purchases are processed by Google Play Billing on Android or Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit on iOS and iPadOS. The store processes your payment information under its terms. Notemora may receive transaction, purchase status and entitlement information needed to unlock, restore or verify Premium. Beshev Games does not receive complete payment-card numbers from the app stores.

The app may store your Premium status and the time when an optional rewarded Premium period expires. Purchase and refund records may remain with Google or Apple after you uninstall Notemora. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

7. Data disclosure and third parties

We do not sell or deliberately transmit the contents of your notes to advertising providers. Technical information may be processed by Google advertising, analytics and crash-reporting services and by Google Play or Apple in connection with store services. Depending on law and the way an advertising provider uses information, some advertising disclosures may be described as “sharing” or “sale” under particular privacy laws.

If you choose to export a backup, share an image or note, open an external link, or send a support request, the receiving app or service may collect the information you choose to provide. Each recipient’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.

8. Why information is processed

Local note information is processed to deliver the functions you request, such as editing and saving notes. Purchase and entitlement data is used to perform the store transaction and provide purchased features. Technical diagnostics may be processed to help maintain app reliability and security. Advertising and analytics processing relies on consent where required by applicable law or on another lawful basis where permitted. Compliance with legal obligations may also require limited recordkeeping.

9. Retention, deletion and backups

Local notes and settings normally remain on your device until you change or delete them, clear app data where the operating system supports it, or uninstall Notemora. Data moved to Trash may stay recoverable until it is permanently removed. Manually exported backups, copies shared with other apps, and device or cloud backups must be removed separately from their storage locations.

Uninstalling Notemora does not automatically erase data previously collected by Google, Apple or another service. Those providers use their own retention and deletion procedures. Where Beshev Games can identify personal information in support correspondence or service records, you may request its correction or deletion subject to applicable law.

10. Security and limitations

Notemora uses operating-system app isolation and available device authentication to help protect locally stored notes. Local storage, device locks and private previews reduce access risks but cannot provide absolute security. Notemora’s private-note controls should not be understood as independent end-to-end encryption of every note or exported backup.

Protect your device lock code, keep your operating system updated, and store manual backup files in a secure location. No device, backup, storage system or internet transfer can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. International processing

Google, Apple and their service providers may process technical, purchase and diagnostic information in countries outside Bulgaria or your country of residence, subject to their terms and applicable privacy safeguards. Your locally stored notes are not sent to Beshev Games for cloud synchronization.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent when processing is based on consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact us at useful.apps@yahoo.com for matters that Beshev Games controls. Google or Apple may need to handle requests concerning records under their own control.

13. Children

Notemora is a general-purpose productivity app and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information to Beshev Games through a Notemora account. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us through a support inquiry, contact us so we can review the matter.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, third-party services or legal requirements. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and give additional notice where required. Check this page for the current policy before relying on an older copy.
